Parent Portal activation emails are generated every Monday morning. The school must have the parent's current email address on file in the Demographic screen for the parent to receive the email.
The email is delivered to all student guardians, where no guardian of the student has Portal.
The email to the parent will include a unique activation link.
Note: Schools may provide the parent the activation key to the parent any day of the year.

Successful Voice Message Receipt Tips
If you are not receiving voice messages from the school community, check the following:
Verify your phone numbers and contact preferences are correct in Campus Parent > User > Settings > Contact Preferences.
Add the 10-digit school phone number and the Augusta County Schools district phone number (540-245-5100) to your phone contacts.
Ensure that the phone number is not blocked in phone settings.
If you still do not receive calls, it may be an issue with your phone carrier and you will need to contact your carrier's support (e.g., Verizon, T-Mobile, etc).
