Registration & Enrollment for New Students
Welcome to Beverley Manor Middle School! If you will be enrolling your child, there are documents we require to complete the enrollment process:
Child's Birth Certificate
Child's Social Security Card
Copy of VA State Physical
Immunization Record
2 Proofs of Residency - We require documents that have the physical address,
One of which must be a utility bill, tax assessment, or current pay stub, AND
One of which must be a copy of a rental/lease agreement, or mortgage statement, dated within the last 30 days.
Custody Documents - If both biological parents are not the child's legal guardians
All incoming seventh graders are required by the state of Virginia to have the Tdap booster shot before they can attend school.
If you are new to Virginia or have moved to our district from another state, we require a copy of a physical that is not more than a year old.
If your child has an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan from their previous school, please bring a copy of the last meeting minutes. It is also helpful to have your child's current report card and any standardized test scores when you register.
Please call us at 540-886-5806 to set up an appointment to register your child. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
We look forward to working with you and your child as we strive to create a positive educational experience for him or her.
Online Registration
In order to access the Annual Update, you will need to have an active parent Portal account. If you do not have a parent portal account, an "activation code" (also known as a "GUID number") is required which can be obtained from your child's school. Legal guardians are required to appear in person with a photo ID and the guardian's "activation code" will be given to you. For security reasons, codes will not be given by mail, email or phone.
If you are a new family to Augusta County, please click here.
Upon completion of this, please contact the Counseling Office at BMMS to make an appointment to meet the counselor and provide the required documents before your child is "officially" enrolled.
