Sportsman Club Help: The Buffalo Gap Sportsman Club is looking for some more folks to come on board as we close out this year and prepare for 25-26 school year. The Sportsman Club provides unrivaled support of our athletic programs. The money they take in through the concession stand funds every uniform that is purchased for our teams. This expense from year to year fluctuates, however, it is not uncommon for the Sportsman Club to fund upwards of 25,000 dollars in uniform purchases in a given year. Without the help of the Sportsman Club each team would be required to fund raise in order to afford the purchase of these items. PLEASE consider joining their effort to take care of the Bison Family.

CALENDAR CHANGES DUE TO WEATHER: At the ACPS School Board Budget Work session on February 20, 2025, several members of the Board expressed concerns about the loss of seat time/ instructional time, especially for 2nd semester, due to our inclement weather days in January and February. Therefore, they approved a motion to add back instructional time with the follow revisions to the 2024-2025 ACPS Calendar:
April 7, 2025 will now be a REGULAR school day instead of the scheduled Teacher Workday/School Professional Development Day. Additionally, April 18, 2025 will now be a FULL school day instead of a 1:00 early dismissal.

Region Basketball Games: Only VHSL passes will be accepted. Admission is 10 dollars.
