The goal of this program is to use music education to grow the whole person through the development of leadership, citizenship, communication skills, self reflection, goal setting, accountability, and a sense of true and honest teamwork. Just as scales and good technique are the building blocks to understanding a piece of music, the skills we develop through music education builds strong, independent young adults suited for leadership.
