Senior Transcript Information
Buffalo Gap High School uses Parchment, an electronic transcript system, for requesting and sending OFFICIAL transcripts. Before a transcript can be sent, students must set up an account with Parchment. The steps for setting up an account are:
Return the Transcript Request Form to your counselor.
You were emailed a link from Parchment to your school email account.
Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to set up your Parchment account.
Once the account is set up, you can request your transcripts online at the Parchment website.
See Mrs. Ashby in the school counseling office if you have any questions.
Mid Year Transcripts – MUST BE REQUESTED ONLINE THROUGH YOUR PARCHMENT ACCOUNT.
Final Transcript - A final transcript is sent to the college that you have decided to attend. THE FINAL TRANSCRIPT MUST BE REQUESTED ONLINE THROUGH YOUR PARCHMENT ACCOUNT.
