Instructions/Reminders to Parents/Guardians:

  • Yearly Online Registration is available May 26-August 15

  • If your student(s) are returning to Augusta County Schools, you need to verify your family's data and permissions, and register your student(s). 

  • Yearly Online Registration is accessible through your Campus Parent Portal account. Log into Campus Parent > click More > click Online Registration. Contact your student's school for assistance.

Mobile Push Notifications

  • Alerts are available for attendance changes, grade postings, assignment scores, and food service balances. 

  • Access Campus Parent Settings to modify your notification threshold preferences.

Online Payments 

  • The Payments tool provides guardians the ability to pay fees or deposit food service money online using a credit/debit card, checking or savings account. 

  • You do not need to send cash or checks with students to school; the Payments tool is a simple way to stay on top of school fees and services. 

  • Online Payments are accessible through your Campus Parent Portal account.

  • Infinite Campus will be switching payment processors for all online payment functions in the Campus Portal.  Watch for more information regarding this change later this summer.

Online Meal Benefits (Free and Reduced Meals) Applications 

  • The Meal Benefits tool provides guardians the ability to electronically submit Meal Benefits Applications to Augusta County Schools via the Campus Parent Portal account.  

  • Log into Campus Parent > click More > click Meal Benefits.
