Interested in Joining the Yearbook Staff?

The Colosseum is always looking for dedicated students who want to join our staff and take yearbook class.

What do we do?

  • Yearbook students are enrolled in a class to produce and publish the yearbook. Students are assigned pages within a specific deadline to complete. Students are responsible for planning their pages, interviewing other students, and completing their page. Students are also responsible for coverage of school-related events.

Yearbook Staff Responsibilities:

  • Attend sporting events and school-related events (test grade 2 times per 9-weeks)

  • Plan and produce the yearbook

  • Market the yearbook to increase sales

  • Call businesses to sell local advertisements to raise money for our program

  • Work together with the rest of the yearbook staff to create the best product we can

  • Interview students for captions, quotes, and information about events!

  • Be a go-getting and be willing to do what needs to be done to make our product amazing!

  • Meet on club days to go cover club events.

Yearbook Prerequisites:

  • Must be in grades 10-12

  • Photography (Art Class) is appreciated!
