Counseling Services Provided

Small Groups
Small group counseling is available to all students and may be requested by students, parents, or teachers.,  Groups last about six weeks and focus on topics such as friendship, self-esteem, anger management, family issues, grief, study skills, social skills, etc.  To sign up for a small group, click here

Individual Counseling
Short-term individual counseling is available to students at the request of parents, students, and teachers to meet the needs of all students expressing difficulties dealing with academic achievement, personal concerns, early career exploration, or normal developmental tasks.  (School counseling is not a replacement for outside counseling or therapy services.) Classroom Guidance
Students come to classroom guidance approximately every six weeks during their PE class, throughout the year. Through these lessons, students learn career planning, kindness and bully proofing, suicide awareness, and conflict resolution.
